[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n RNS Number : 4932I\n finnCap Group PLC\n 02 April 2020\n \n \n \n 2 April 2020\n \n finnCap Group plc\n (\"finnCap\" or the \"Group\")\n Option Surrenders and Grants\n \n finnCap today announces the surrender and grant of certain options, as set out further below, which are separate to those announced in the trading update yesterday.\n \n \n finnCap's lease of new premises in 1 Bartholomew Close commences today, 2 April. Following the commencement of the lease the Group no longer qualifies to grant EMI options. The Board therefore considered whether to make any further final grants of EMI options prior to 2 April.\n \n \n As approved by the Board, on 1 April, holders of options pursuant to the finnCap Unapproved Plan surrendered options over a total of 3,150,000 shares and finnCap granted options over an equivalent number of shares pursuant to the finnCap EMI Plan. This means that the total number of options granted by the Group remains the same and there will be no additional dilution for shareholders. \n \n \n Stuart Andrews, an executive director of finnCap, has surrendered options over 300,000 shares and been granted options over the same number on equivalent terms.
