An aggregate of 74,155,953 common shares of the Company (\"\n \n Common Shares\n \n \") were voted representing 51.94% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares as at the Record Date of\n \n May 16, 2025\n \n .\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n The six nominees for the Board of Directors were elected at the Meeting and they are:\n \n John A. Barakso\n \n ,\n \n Robert F. Brown\n \n ,\n \n Alvin W. Jackson\n \n ,\n \n Ilona Barakso Lindsay\n \n ,\n \n David A.
