(TSXV:FYL) (the \"Company\") is pleased to announce the closing of a private placement financing through the sale of 2,500,000 units at $0.05 per unit for proceeds of $125,000.  Each unit consists of one common share at $0.05 and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant is exercisable until June 10, 2015 at an exercise price of $0.06 per share.  \n\nThe units will have a four month hold period expiring October 12, 2014.\n\nThe funds will be used for working capital and for further delineation of drill targets on the Silver Hope Property as a result of the field exploration work completed in 2013.  (CLICK HERE for details on the Silver Hope Property primary targets.)\n\nAbout Finlay Minerals Ltd.\n\nFinlay Minerals is a TSX Venture Exchange company focused on exploration for base and precious metal deposits in northern British Columbia.
