The public offering\nyielded gross proceeds of $405,100 for 1,620,400 shares; the commissions\npayable to a syndicate of agents led by Canaccord Capital Corporation were\n$17,408 and 69,632 broker warrants were issued.\nTaos Capital has been officially renamed TransGaming Inc. and expects to\nbe effective on the TSX Venture Exchange next week under the new name and\nsymbol \"TNG\".\n\nAbout TransGaming Technologies:\n\nTransGaming offers its customers unique and proprietary porting\ntechnologies which allow video games developed for one gaming platform to be\nmigrated to a number of alternate platforms (i.e. from one gaming console\nsystem to others).
