[{"type":"text","content":"\n Filtronic PLC\n06 May 2008\n\n\n\n Filtronic plc\n\n\n\n Special Dividend\n\n\n\n\n\nFiltronic plc announces that, following the completion of the capital reduction\napproved by shareholders on 28 March 2008, it will pay a special dividend of\n120p per share on Friday 30 May 2008, to those shareholders on the register on\n23 May 2008. The ex-dividend date will be 21 May 2008.\n\n\n\nThis special dividend, which will be paid by way of an interim dividend, will\namount to approximately £89.2 million, based on the issued share capital of\n74,323,093 ordinary shares as at 6 May 2008.
