Filtronic PLC 10 December 2001 Filtronic PLC 10 December 2001 In accordance with Part VI of the Companies Act (as amended) (the 'Act'), the Company has received notification from Legal & General Investment Management Limited and certain of its subsidiary companies on 7 December 2001, the total notifiable interest of Legal & General Investment Management Limited in the ordinary shares of the Company is 2,231,828 being 3.02% of the issued share capital. Percentage holdings are calculated using an issued share capital of 73,898,768 ORD GBP 3.02 shares.
