Rob Smith, who has been discharging the role of both Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, will relinquish his role as Chief Financial Officer and will continue in his capacity as Chief Executive Officer of the Company from the same date.\n \nMichael joined the Filtronic group as Financial Controller of the Broadband business in 2007 and was promoted to the position of Group Financial Controller in 2009. He has been Interim Head of Finance for the Filtronic group since July 2015.
