The 2022 Annual Report, the Notice of AGM and details of voting by proxy have been posted to shareholders who have not consented to receive electronic communications.\n \nNotice of AGM\nThe AGM is to be held on Friday 30 June 2023 at 11.00 am at the offices of Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London, WC2B 5DG and will consider the resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM.\n \nShareholders may attend in person or exercise their right to vote by submitting their proxy vote electronically via www.shareregistrars.uk.com or by sending the Form of Proxy to Share Registrars Limited to arrive by no later than 11.00am on Wednesday 28th June 2023.
