The 2023 Annual Report and the Notice of AGM are also available for download from the Company's website at: www.fiinu.com.\n \nNotice of AGM\n \nThe AGM is to be held on Friday 24 May 2024 at 11.00am at the offices of Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London, WC2B 5DG and will consider the resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM.\n \nShareholders may attend in person or exercise their right to vote by submitting their proxy vote electronically via www.shareregistrars.uk.com or by sending the Form of Proxy to Share Registrars Limited to arrive by no later than 11.00am on Wednesday 22 May 2024.
