[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 9347Z\n Immedia Group PLC\n 24 September 2020\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n 24 September 2020 \n \n \n Immedia Group Plc\n \n \n (\"Immedia\" or \"the Company\" or \"the Group\")\n \n \n \n \n \n Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Immedia \n \n (\n AIM: IME), a supplier of multi-media content and digital solutions for leading brands and global businesses, announces that it has received notification from an option holder to exercise options over 25,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company. \n \n \n \n \n \n Total Voting Rights\n \n \n \n \n \n Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM (\"Admission\"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on or about 8.00 a.m. on 29 September 2020. \n \n \n \n \n \n Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise of 25,581,844 Ordinary Shares and the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 25,581,844.
