We are delighted to welcome him to the Board.\" \n \nPursuant to Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, the following information in relation to the appointment of Mr Loftus to the Board is disclosed and is subject to the completion of outstanding background checks.\n \nMr Loftus has not held any directorships within the disclosure period.\n \nMr Loftus was a director of Electric Vehicle Distribution International Limited at the time Close Invoice Finance Limited appointed Administrative Receivers on 26 March 2001.
