BGR PLC 24 November 2000 BGR PLC Date for Extraordinary General Meeting to Approve Change of Name to Fish plc and Board Change The Board of BGR Plc announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting to approve the resolution changing the Company's name from BGR plc to Fish plc will be held at 10.00am on 18 December 2000 at the offices of Memery Crystal (31 Southampton Row, London WC1B 5HT.) Brian Whitford, a Non Executive-Director who has been involved with the Group since its inception has stepped down from the Board so that he may concentrate on an opportunity that will require his full attention. The Board wishes to convey its thanks to Brian for his valuable input during his period of tenure.
