Directors' Notification of Dealing in Shares

Falkland Islands Holdings PLC 20 April 2000 FALKLAND ISLANDS HOLDINGS PLC ('the Company') On 19 April 2000 the Company was notified that the Trustees of the Company's Employees' Share Ownership Plan Trust ('ESOP') had purchased 30,000 shares in the market at a purchase price of 145p per share. Messrs. John Henry Gainham, Bryan McGreal and George Roger Wallace, being the executive directors of the Company, are included as potential beneficiaries under the ESOP. The ESOP is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees and their immediate families of the Company and its subsidiaries. The directors named above provided no consideration for the acquisition of their interest in the shares acquired by ESOP.
