[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 8454N Falkland Islands Holdings PLC 02 February 2016 \n\n2 February 2016\nFalkland Islands Holdings plc\n \n(\"FIH\" or \"the Company\")\n \n \nDirector's dealing and Transaction in Own Shares \n \nFalkland Islands Holdings plc (the \"Company\"), the AIM quoted international group which owns essential services businesses focused on retail, transport and logistics, announces that it has sold 315,886 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company, at a price of 231.95 pence per share, which is the same price paid, per share, by the Company in the recent shareholder reduction, and is 15% more than the closing share price on 1 February 2016 of 201 pence.
