The Manager may cause securities in the Fund's portfolio to be sold prior to the Termination Date in order to facilitate an orderly windup of the Fund's portfolio and termination of the Fund.  As a result, significant cash positions may exist prior to the Termination Date. Following the satisfaction of, or provision for, all liabilities of the Fund, the net assets of the Fund will be distributed to the unitholders of the Fund on a pro rata basis and the Fund will be terminated. \nIt is expected that the units of the Fund will be delisted from the TSX on or prior to the Termination Date.\nAbout Fiera Capital Corporation\nFiera Capital Corporation is a global independent asset management firm with approximately C$136.7 billion in AUM as at December 31, 2018 delivering customized multi-asset solutions across traditional and alternative asset classes to institutional, retail and private wealth clients across North America, Europe and key markets in Asia.
