Mr. LeCavalier will build on the strong foundation created by John Valentini, who served as Fiera Capital's Chief Financial Officer since September 2015. Mr. Valentini, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Firm's private investments, will be leading the growth of the alternative strategies platform such as real estate core and value-add, real estate financing, infrastructure, agriculture, private equity and private debt, including emerging market debt.\n\n \n \n\n \nWith over 25 years of finance experience, Mr. LeCavalier comes to Fiera Capital with a track record of operating in highly entrepreneurial organizations. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Corporate Affairs at TC Transcontinental, where he helped to lead the company's strategic and three-year plan and to drive rapid growth through acquisitions in recent years. Notably, he played a key role in the execution and financing of the US$1.32 billion acquisition of Coveris Americas earlier in 2018.
