[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\nMONTREAL, Oct. 23 /CNW Telbec/ - In response to allegations made by\nformer company executive Marc Lamy, which were reported by some media outlets\non October 19th, Mindready Solutions Inc. (TSX: MNY) must re-establish the\nfacts that led to his suspension and resignation.\n\n\nAs stated in the Mindready Solutions' (hereafter "Mindready") challenge\nin the Superior Court, which opposed the request for a safeguard order\nsubmitted by Mr. Lamy, very serious and regrettable reasons led to Mr. Lamy's\nsuspension on August 4, 2007 to allow the Board of Directors to conduct an\ninquiry. Mr. Lamy tendered his resignation on August 5, 2007 following the\nsuspension. A new management team was then formed, as announced on August 9th\nin a news release. Mindready believes that if Mr. Lamy had not resigned his\nposition, the company would have had reasonable and valid reasons to terminate\nhis employment.\n\n\nAs regards the safeguard order rendered by the Honourable Chantale\nCorriveau October 11th, Mindready intends to appeal and make a claim in the\ncourts for all damages caused to the company by Mr. Lamy.\n\n\nAbout Mindready Solutions\n\n\nMindready Solutions Inc.
