The NI 43-101 report titled\n \n \n \n \n “NI 43-101\nTechnical Report on the Las Huaquillas Au, Ag, Cu Property, Cajamarca,\nPeru”, with an effective date of December 18, 2021, was authored by\nLuc Pigeon, B.Sc., M. Sc., P. Geo (the “Author”), who is an\nindependent and qualified person under National Instrument 43-101.\n \n \n \n \n The NI 43-101 technical report summarizes Project’s\nLocation, Ownership, Geological Setting, Mineralization, Historical\nExploration, Historical Resource Estimates, Conclusions, and\nRecommendations for future work. Confirmatory rock grab sampling, as\nreported in a press release issued by the Company on December 2, 2021,\nwas completed by the Author as part of a site visit required to\nsupport the writing of the NI 43-101 technical report, and a\ndescription of this work is included in the report. The best result\nobtained was a sample collected from quartz veins exposed at the\nentrance of one of the underground working portals within the Los\nSocavones zone that returned a result of 9.653 g/t Au, 126 g/t Ag and\n1.08 % Pb.\n \n \n The Project has not been the subject\nof a current resource estimate compliant with NI43-101.\n \n \n \n \n The Project features extensive historical exploration\ncompleted by Sulliden Exploration Inc. (“Sulliden”) and others\nthrough 1999. This work included soil sampling, geophysics and over\n5,700m of diamond drilling (26 drill holes), and the excavation of\napprox. 1,200m of underground development on three levels in the Los\nSocavones Zone.
