The confirmatory sampling was\ncompleted as part of a site visit by Luc Pigeon B.Sc., M.Sc., P.Geo\n(the “Author”), a Qualified Person in the context of National\nInstrument 43-101 who is authoring a new NI 43-101 technical report on\nthe Project as announced by the Company on October 7, 2021. The best\nresult obtained was a sample collected from quartz veins exposed at\nthe entrance of one of the underground working portals within the Los\nSocavones zone that returned a result of 9.653 g/t Au, 126 g/t Ag and\n1.08 % Pb.\n \n \n \n \n The CLH Project features extensive historical\nexploration completed by Sulliden Exploration Inc.\n \n \n (“Sulliden”)\n \n \n and\nothers through 1999. This work included soil sampling, geophysics and\nover 5,700m of diamond drilling (26 drill holes), and the excavation\nof approx. 1,200m of underground development on three levels in the\nLos Socavones Zone. This work defined five (5) mineralised zones,\nconsisting of four (4) mineralisation types including epithermal Au-Ag\n(Los Socavones), and porphyry Cu style mineralisation (Cementerio and\nSan Antonio) at the Project.\n \n \n \n \n The confirmatory sampling was completed by the Author\nas part of a site visit required to support the writing of the new NI\n43-101 technical report.
