Upon\nclosing of the transaction, the Company will hold a 50% interest in\nRial (and thereby CLH).\n \n \n \n \n On February 11, 2019, the Company acquired a 44.5%\ninterest in Rial which owned the portfolio of mineral concessions that\ncomprise the CLH project. The concessions are located immediately\nsouth of the border with Ecuador, where recent exploration success and\ncorporate activity in the Ecuadorian mining sector has demonstrated\nthe potential of an historically underexplored region.\n \n \n \n \n The CLH is located within the Greater Las Huaquillas\n \n \n (“GLH”)\n \n \n Project which comprises a significant land package assembled\nby the Company. The GLH project consists of:\n \n \n \n \n \n \n - the 9 CLH concessions that host the historical gold,\ncopper, zinc and lead mineralization totalling approximately 3,600 Ha,\nand\n \n \n \n \n - 9 additional concessions located contiguous with CLH\nand staked by Fidelity (100%).\n \n \n \n \n \n \n The mineral concessions are shown in Figure 1.\n \n \n \n \n The CLH Project features extensive historical\nexploration completed through 1999. This work included soil sampling,\ngeophysics and 5,742.9m of diamond drilling (26 drill holes), and the\nexcavation of approx. 1,200m of underground development on three\nlevels in the Los Socavones Zone.
