The Company further announced that it has signed a joint venture agreement with Adagri, a Kansas entity, to jointly identify areas of improvement in cultivation and to develop technologies designed to increase yields, lower costs and maximize production capacity for marijuana grow operations.\n Adagri is headed by Charles A. Adams and is an agricultural based company focused on developing a large-scale cannabis production facility in Colorado. His training and background will be invaluable as it moves forward with agricultural aspects of cannabis. Mr. Adams graduated from Kansas State University with a B.S. in Agricultural Economics and Farm and Ranch Management. At Kansas State, he received dedicated training in large scale growing operations and commodity production to include: Crop Science, Agricultural Engineering, Production Economics and Agricultural Management. He also has been schooled in bio assessment and remediation.
