[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n \n 12 December 2022\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Fevertree Drinks plc\n \n \n \n \n (\"Fever-Tree\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Domenic De Lorenzo to succeed Bill Ronald as Chair\n \n \n \n Fever-Tree, the world's leading supplier of premium carbonated mixers, today announces the appointment of Domenic De Lorenzo, a Non-Executive Director of the Board since May 2018, as Non-Executive Chair of the Board, to take effect on completion of the Company's AGM in May 2023.\n \n \n \n \n \n Domenic will work closely with Bill Ronald during a handover period before assuming the role of Chair. Bill was appointed to the Board as Chair in June 2013 ahead of the Company's IPO in November 2014, and he informed the Board in May this year of his intention to retire from his role and step down from the Board at the 2023 AGM. \n \n \n \n \n \n Domenic is a qualified Chartered Accountant and brings with him a wealth of global business experience across the consumer goods and beverages sectors, having previously spent over 20 years at SABMiller plc, the former FTSE 100 beverage company, where he focused on strategy and corporate finance before becoming Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Board Director. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Bill Ronald, Chairman, said:\n \n \"\n Following a comprehensive recruitment process led by Coline McConville as Chair of the Nomination Committee, I am delighted to\n welcome Domenic as my successor\n .\n \n \n \n \n \n \"Domenic brings exceptional leadership and commercial skills, with a clear focus on performance and a strong strategy skill set.
