[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \n25th May 2023\n \nFevertree Drinks plc\n (\"Fever-Tree\" or the \"Company\")\n \nBoard Changes\nFever-Tree announces that Coline McConville has informed the Board of her intention to step down from the Board of the Company later this year, having served nine years as a Non-Executive Director.\n \nFollowing the conclusion of today's AGM, Coline will be succeeded as Senior Independent Director by Kevin Havelock who joined the Board in January 2018. Laura Hagan, who joined the Board and the Remuneration Committee in May 2021, will take over from Coline as Chair of the Remuneration Committee.\n \nAdditionally, the Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Clare Swindell as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee following the conclusion of today's AGM.\n \nClare is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has extensive experience within the consumer brand sector. She is currently Co-CEO at Camelot, operator of The National Lottery, having joined as CFO in 2017 before being appointed to the board in 2019. Prior to that she was Group CFO at dunnhumby, having previously spent over 17 years at Tesco where she worked across a wide range of operational and financial positions, including CFO for Tesco.com and Group Audit Director.\n \nBill Ronald, Chairman, said: \"I would like to thank Coline for her contribution to Fever-Tree over the last eight and half years as a Non-Executive Director. Her knowledge and experience have been invaluable throughout an important period of growth for the Company and I am delighted she is remaining on the Board for the coming months to ensure a smooth transition.\"\n \n\"On behalf of my Board colleagues and incoming Chair, Dom De Lorenzo, I would also like to welcome Clare to the Board.
