Carr's (CARR.L), the Speciality Agriculture and Engineering group, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 2 September 2023 ("2023 Annual Report and Accounts") has been published on the Company's website at  www.carrsgroup-ir.com  and submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and is available for inspection via the National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. 

Hard copies of the 2023 Annual Report and Accounts, together with the Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting and any other ancillary documents in respect of the 2024 Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications in January 2024.
