Carr's (CARR.L), the Speciality Agriculture and Engineering Group, announces that that following publication of its Annual Report and Accounts 2022 on 23 March 2023,  a General Meeting of the Company will be held at 10.00am BST on Tuesday 2 May 2023 at The Halston Hotel Carlisle, 20-34 Warwick Road, Carlisle CA1 1AB .

The Notice of Meeting and the Company's Annual Report and Accounts 2022 are available to view on the Company's website at  www.carrsgroup-ir.com. Hard copies of the documents have been posted to shareholders who have elected to receive them.

These documents have also been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism and are available for viewing  at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .
