Fevara announces a change of company name to Fevara plc, effective September 25, 2025, following the announcement on September 23, 2025. The company's TIDM will change to FVA on the London Stock Exchange plc from 8:00 a.m. on October 13, 2025; however, the ISIN and SEDOL will remain unchanged.
