Ninth Floor (The) PLC 27 July 2000 The Ninth Floor plc ('Ninth Floor' or 'the Company') Appointment of Finance Director The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael John Creedon, aged 41, as Finance Director, effective from 21 August 2000. Michael trained with BDO Stoy Hayward before joining Eastern Counties Farmers as divisional accountant in 1982. In 1986 he joined Ranger Oil Limited as financial accountant. In 1988 he was appointed financial controller at Spaceward Limited, a subsidiary of Avesco PLC. More recently he was finance director at Leitch Europe Limited, a subsidiary of the NASDAQ listed company, Leitch Technology Corp. Commenting on the appointment, Neil McClure, Chairman of the Ninth Floor, said 'we are delighted that Mike has joined us as he brings a wealth of experience gained from his time with a number of diverse organisations which will be invaluable in the future development of the Company'.
