'In accordance with 5.6.1R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, as at 30th September 2008, Ferrexpo plc holds a total of 25,343,814 ordinary shares in treasury which represents 4.13% of the total shares in issue. Following this notification there are a total of 588,624,142 ordinary shares in issue (excluding the shares held in treasury).'
