Fernhill Corporation (OTC Markets: FERN) -  Fernhill Corp. is pleased to share news of our developments toward acquiring a possible property with revenue producing potential to further our strategic direction.

The company has embarked on three possible additions to add to its property portfolio. The company plans to review all three deals and hopes to close on the one that is most financially feasible and to sign a 'Definitive Agreement' with.  The renewed effort is geared towards getting on back on track to its Generative Business Model which the company originally strived for. 

Adding a possible revenue generating operation at this stage of our development only makes sense to us. Management feels this better reflects the future direction of the company as we are open to all possibilities in certain sectors of the market. Sufficient funds are being sought for this new addition and the company is speaking with financing companies.
