Fernhill Corporation Announces Company Update

Fernhill Corporation (OTC Markets: FERN)  has been upgraded from "Limited Information" to "Current Information", which is the highest tier for non-reporting pink sheet companies on the OTC Markets.

The company has completed this important step and plans to maintain compliance with OTC Markets. The company will now have the ability to raise capital for developing opportunities as we are currently reviewing several acquisition targets.

This now completes an extensive effort to provide adequate current information for our shareholders.  Fernhill Corporation will be proactive with its communications to the general public and shareholders in a timelier manner.  The company intends to work closely with mining associations and will move forward with its business development and funding activities.
