In a recent meeting held by the Company’s Board of Directors, a corporate resolution was passed to expand the board to five (5) members, including two new independent directors. This announcement also initiates Fernhill’s search to find qualified candidates that have previously served on the board of a public company, have experience in blockchain, Web3, and/or financial software and services industries, and have worked in high growth business environments. “We have big plans for Fernhill that include up-listing to a senior exchange, making strategic acquisitions that drive growth and profitability, as well as creating an enterprise that offers industry leading Web3 and Digital Asset infrastructure software and services, “ said Chris Kern, Fernhill CEO, “Our ability to build a solid foundation and scale is in large part a function of the quality and caliber of the people we have on our team and the standards we set for ourselves as a company.
