Fernhill Corp. is pleased to announce that it has entered into a distribution agreement to be the first authorized reseller of containerized hybrid microgrids. Under this agreement Fernhill Corp. will have access to various renewable energy systems and related components, including packaging, containerization, inverters, site controls, and other complementary equipment.
Trademarked the HIVE™, these microgrids are scalable power management solutions designed for home and or commercial use. The HIVE™ is a clean and sustainable intelligent hybrid power system that stores energy, manages its use, and can also provide backup power in the instance of outages. These systems are completely self-contained in standard ISO containers, and can be mobilized virtually anywhere. The unique modular design of the HIVE™ allows for custom systems that are easily scalable and integrate-able.
The HIVE™ is designed to control energy flows between multiple sources of power generation including grid-tie, photovoltaic, or even diesel generation. The equipment can also be monitored and controlled remotely with integrated tools for real-time supervision, and performance analysis.
