Statement re Press Comment

FEEDBACK PLC 16 July 1999 Feedback plc - Clarification of press comment - The Board notes the comments in today's press and whilst it is intended to launch the TekniCal Virtual Campus product in the USA later this year, via its subsidiary Feedback Inc., no additional funding is necessary for this launch nor has any been sought. The Board repeats that it is unaware of any reason for the recent rise in the price of the Company's shares other than what the Board considers is a delayed response to the announcement of its preliminary results made on Wednesday 23 June. 16th July 1999
