[{"type":"text","content":"\n Feedback PLC\n10 December 2007\n\n\nThe following replaces the Capital Reorganisation announcement released at 16:00\nunder RNS number 5833J\n\n\nThe number of New Ordinary Shares of 0.25 pence each issued and fully paid is\n82,480,060 and not as previously stated.\n\n\nThe full amended release appears below.\n\n\n FEEDBACK PLC\n\n\n Update of reduction of share capital and cancellation of share premium account\n\n\nFollowing the passing of resolutions at an Extraordinary General meeting of the\nCompany on 2 July 2007 and at the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 30\nOctober 2007 to cancel the Company's share premium account and to reduce the\nCompany's share capital the Company's Petition to the High Court of Justice was\nheard on 21 November 2007 and the High Court ordered:\n\n\n1) that the cancellation of the Share Premium Account of the Company\nresolved on and effected by a Special Resolution of the Company dated 2 July\n2007; and\n\n\n2) the reduction of the capital of the Company resolved on and effected by\na Special Resolution of the Company dated 30 October 2007 be and the same are\nhereby confirmed in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act 1985.\n\n\nThe Order was registered at Companies House on 23 November 2007 and took effect\nfrom that date.\n\n\nThe Company's authorised share capital is now £1,282,845.5025 divided into\n513,138,201 New Ordinary Shares of 0.25 pence each.
