Total Voting Rights

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the "Rules"), FDM Group announces that, as at close of business on 27 February 2026, its issued share capital comprises 109,728,777 ordinary shares of £0.01, each with one voting right per share ("Ordinary Shares"). No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.

The figure above may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Ordinary Shares in FDM Group under the Rules.
