Valentic will be a global client leader responsible for the global marketing efforts of the agency's Microsoft Corp. account. Young & Rubicam Brands is a member of the WPP group of companies, the world's second largest holding company of advertising and marketing firms. The activities of Ford's Global Marketing organization will be realigned under Jim O'Connor, group vice president, North America Marketing, Sales and Service. 'This is a great opportunity for Jan and for our friends at Young & Rubicam,' said O'Connor.
