Ford Motor Co 23 April 2004 Letter to RNS Please be informed that on April 21, 2004, the Board of Directors of Ford Motor Company amended the Company's By-Laws. Article V, Section 3 was amended to provide that there shall be a President and a Chief Operating Officer. (Previously, the President and Chief Operating Officer was one position.)
