Adams has been elected Vice President - Chief Information Officer of the Company effective December 4, 2000 and Kathleen Ligocki has been elected a Vice President of the Company effective January 1, 2001. Effective December 31, 2000, Wayne S. Doran, Bobbie A. Gaunt and William F Powers, Vice Presidents of the Company, have elected to retire. Also, John P.
