(NVI) (www.neovirucide.com) the Licensee of the NanoNOx™ technology from NMB Therapeutics,Inc.(NMB)(www.nmbtherapeutics.com) ,signed a Joint Venture (JV) agreement with Vivian Li Kremer to create new and improved forms of PPE using the services of NVI scientific team. As part of the agreement Life Wellness JV has and will provide the scientific team with expanded laboratory space in exchange for 51% of any revenue generated by the JV from sales of the resulting PPE to hospitals or medical facilities should such sales occur.The NanoNOxTMcompound developed by NMB and licensed for worldwide distribution to NVI, the SVAP subsidiary, uses Nano technology to encapsulate Nitric Oxide in a dry powder form that can be inhaled through a conventional inhaler, which will then have a controlled release of nitric oxide deep inside the lungs upon contact.
