(“NVI”) and NMB Therapeutics, Inc. (“NMB”) a related party. On April 14, 2020, SVAP acquired newly incorporated NVI that owns an exclusive worldwide license on the use of a proprietary nanoparticle NanoNOx™ for treatment of microbial and viral infections. In a sense NanoNOx™ seeks to fulfill President Trump’s stated desire to use a disinfecting agent as a treatment for COVID-19. NanoNOx™ has been shown to kill a wide spectrum of microbial and viral agents in vitro, thus being a probably biologically safe inhalable disinfecting agent. In addition, NanoNOx™ is thought to have anti-inflammatory effects, causes vasodilation, and provides additional oxygen. The Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) Members are:Makarand Jawadekar, Ph.D., is currently an independent pharma professional. He worked for Pfizer, Inc. for 28 years. In 2010 he was Director, Portfolio Management for Pfizer. He is active on the Strategic and Scientific Advisory Boards of several companies and the Task Force in Washington DC on COVID 19.Joshua Nosanchuk, M.D. is currently Senior Associate Dean for Medical Education at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He is a professor in the Department of Medicine (infectious diseases) and the Department of Microbiology and Immunology. His areas of research include medical education, fungal pathogenesis, host-pathogen biology, regenerative medicine and innovative therapeutics.Jimmy K. Lee, M.D., is Director of Cornea and Refractive Surgery at Montefiore Medical Center and Associate Professor of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, New York.
