We believe this benefits our current shareholders and makes the company more attractive to prospective investors.”Details regarding the capital structure include:The terms of the Class E Preferred Stock has been modified to allow mandatory conversion at the Company's option with the filing of the Amendment to the terms of Section 3(g) of the Class E Terms of Preference on June 6, 2024; and thatThe change to the terms of the Class E Preferred were approved by majority consent of the controlling shareholders of both the Class E and the common stock.Fast Finance 24 AG, the holder of the Class D Convertible Preferred shares, has converted 80,000 Class D into 993,440,000 restricted common shares and surrendered to the treasury 15,973 Class D Preferred shares for cancellation. There are no further Class D Preferred shares outstanding.The conversion of most of the Class E Preferred (95.67%) shares took place on Monday, June 24, 2024, and reported to the market by the Transfer Agent before the open on June 25, 2024.
