The third-quarter dividend is payable on October 20, 2024, to shareholders of record as of October 4, 2024. The $0.22125 per share cash dividend reflects a $0.00125 per share increase in the quarterly dividend, representing the 30th consecutive annual increase in the Company’s regular dividend payment.
