(Other OTC: HRRN.PK - News) \n\n \n\n \n\nMICHEL ZGARKA had a busy and fruitful\ntravels, contacts, meetings and distribution pledges.\n\n \n\nMICHEL ZGARKA attended and actively\nparticipated in three major media, television and films events where he met key\ndecision makers and buyers- MIP TV, Cannes Films Festival and Banff World\nMedia.\n\n \n\nMICHEL ZGARKA also met with several\nCanadian and American broadcasters specifically for SIGNS (the High Concept\nPrime time scripted drama featuring Gary Dourdan and Karen Strassman) and for\nAngel of Brothels (the theatrical docudrama). \n\n \n\nThe SIGNS TV Series property is\nstronger than it was a few months ago for numerous reasons. These could be\ncategorized in two folds, Canadian funding / broadcasting opportunities and\ninternational market interest.\n\n \n\nCanadian opportunities\n\n \n\nMichel Zgarka presented f ace-to-face\nand tested the concepts and market values of the above mentioned properties\n(SIGNS & Angel of Brothels) to numerous buyers and funders. Both properties\nwere received with warm and enthusiastic welcome and will generate within a few\nweeks written commitments in regards to acquisition for broadcast and funding.\n\n \n\nMichel Zgarka also met with the local\nfilms /television commissions and that resulted in the advance rulings that\nboth properties are acceptable and will benefit from local grants and tax\ncredits. \n\n \n\nSIGNS shall be starting production as\nearly as Summer 2013 in France followed by 3 ? 4 months in Alberta and\nconcluded the production of the last episode in Singapore where a production\nfunding deal was struck with Editude, a local major production company.\n\n\n\nInternational opportunities\n\n \n\nMichel Zgarka met with numerous of his\ninternational contacts and thus was able to strike several distribution,\nproduct placement and licensing agreements for all of the XII Tribes\nEntertainment properties.
