ARCHEOS ENTERTAINMENT CORPORATION finalized the final steps in the acquisition and merger of HE-5 Resources. All the necessary documentation have been filed and notarized. Furthermore, our legal council is in process of preparing required documentation for Finra to finalize the name change.

ARCHEOS ENTERTAINMENT CORPORATION has also finalized the acquisition of 35% of XII Tribes Entertainment (7918585 CANADA INC.). The contract was conceptualized in CANNES on October 10^th, 2012. The final documents have been signed today on October 31, 2012.
