Falken Industries’agreements with various Super Distributors grants each distributor exclusivity for thatspecific segment, in categories such as Automobile After Market, Hardware and Tools,Sanitary and Janitorial, Pubs, Hotels and Restaurants, Alimentation and Agriculture,Foods and Households, Municipalities and Government and such. Such agreements notonly protect the vested interest of each individual Super Distributor, but allow CleanPlus® products to be distributed in a wide range of marketplaces.
