The agreement ensures a 5 year minimum purchase of 100,800 € ($130,000) annually.The Super Distributor represents many non-competing major international brands and has a market penetration rate greater than 40%. Falken Industries and the Super Distributor are currently discussing the specifics of the Clean Plus® product launch campaign, which is set for spring 2007.With their Clean Plus® products already present in Canada and with aims to penetrate the US market in 2007-08, this recent signing is a significant step in establishing a transatlantic Clean Plus® brand presence for Falken Industries.Helle Madsø, Executive Vice-President-Europe, comments “We are aiming to expand our Clean Plus® presence to the Americas.
