Fisher, Daryl H.\nGilbert, Jan Van Holsbeeck and Prof. Ferenc Horvath have been elected to\nFalcon's board of directors following their election at Falcon's annual and\nspecial meeting of shareholders held on September 18, 2007. The five new\ndirectors will join the following four returning directors: Marc Bruner,\nStephen Schultz, Carl Stadelhofer and Dr. Gyorgy Szabo. Andrew Calerich did\nnot stand for re-election.\n\n\n"We are pleased to welcome Igor Akhmerov, David E. He has\nextensive experience in the business and financial aspects of the oil and gas\nindustry. Mr. Akhmerov holds a BA in Economics from the Moscow Institute of\nManagement, an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and an MA from the\nLauder Institute of International Relations.\n\n\nDavid Fisher currently serves as a director of Terra Industries Inc.\n("Terra"), a NYSE listed international producer of nitrogen products, and is\nthe chairman of the audit committee and member of the compensation committee\nof Terra. Mr. Fisher has over 25 years of experience in the natural resources\nand extractive industries.\n\n\nDaryl Gilbert is currently an independent businessman in Calgary, Alberta\nand serves as a director of several energy related public entities listed on\nthe TSX, TSX-V and NYSE, such as AtltaGas Income Trust, Canetic Resources\nTrust, MGM Energy Corp. and Nextar Energy Ltd.
