Fisc., will join the Company on October 30th, 2006, as Chief Financial\nOfficer and Martyne Simard expands her management responsibilities and becomes\nthe Company's new Director, Financial and Administrative services.\n\"Section Rouge is in full expansion and we needed to rely on an\nexperienced financial team to guide us for the years to come\", said Richard\nDesmarais. \"Yves J. Beauchesne comes to us with in-depth experience in\nmanaging the financial side in both the entertainment and the publishing\nindustries, a combination of knowledge difficult to find, and Martyne Simard\nhas as a proven track record in managing the administrative affairs of this\nCompany on a day to day basis; together they create a strong financial and\nadministrative team upon witch we can rely\", he added. \"With the addition of\nMarie-Christine Dufour in distribution, LDeon Arcand in production and now Yves\nJ. Beauchesne in finance, we have completed our team and can now concentrate\non successfully accomplishing the Company's growth strategy,\" he concluded.\nPrior to joining Section Rouge, Yves J. Beauchesne was Vice-President\nFinances of Christal Films, a member of the Lions Gate Entertainment Group.\nHis experience in the film and television industry spans over twenty years and\nincludes the post of Vice-President of Finance at Corporation CinDeGroupe and\nwith Galafilms Inc. Previously Yves worked for several years at Telefilm\nCanada as Director of Finances and Financing and National Director of\nMarketing and Distribution. In the publishing area, he headed the finance\ndepartment of Groupe Beauchemin Publisher and of the Centre Educatif et\nCulturel, publisher of textbooks. Yves J. Beauchesne also worked several years\nfor IATA both as Corporate Comptroller and as Senior Internal Auditor.\nMartyne Simard has headed the accounting division of Section Rouge since\nthe beginning of the Company.
