Section Rouge Media is selling its two adult magazines

LONGUEUIL, May 4 /CNW Telbec/ - Section Rouge Media inc. (SRO-V) has
completed the sale of two adult magazines to Publications Lune Noire inc.
The transaction was completed for the cash sum of $425,000. This amount
will be utilized, in great part, to reduce the Company's debt.
Mr. Richard Desmarais, President and Chairman of the Board of Section
Rouge Media, stated that these publications no longer fit within the framework
of the Company's strategic development plan. Section Rouge Media owns
publications in the fields of agriculture, family life, judicial matters and
entertainment/leisure.
"This asset divestiture should satisfy certain investors who had
expressed reticence due to these publications, as well as favor our activities
to acquire products in the fields in which the Company plans future
development", stated Mr. Desmarais.

Section Rouge Media is a publishing concern and current owning
30 publications.

The TSX has neither approved nor disapproved the contents of this
