(TSX-V: SRO) (the "Corporation") announced today that Mr. Jean-Pierre Rancourt, currently President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation on a interim basis, has announced his intention to step down , with immediate effect, as President and CEO. Mr. Rancourt remains member of the Board of Directors of the Corporation. Concurrently, the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Pascal Lefrancois as President and CEO of the Corporation.
